The cheese factory "Quesos y Besos" based in Jaen, Andalucia, has won the 33rd competition of the International Cheese Festival. The winning product is Olavidia, made from goat's cheese, matured for 15 to 20 days and dry-salted. It was selected from more than 4000 applicants to the competition, which was organised by British publication "The Guild of Fine Food".
