‘The Christian A. Rockefeller Residences and Golf Club’ is the name of the first residential project to be developed by the real estate platform created by the Rockefeller family through its investment arm, SixRock Group, in alliance with the United Arab Emirates fund ICICB Developments. The place in the world chosen to build this project is in Andalucia, southern Spain, in the province of Cádiz and a few kilometers from the Costa del Sol: Sotogrande.
The project includes the construction of luxury villas, a five-star boutique hotel and a state-of-the-art golf club. The concept of this real estate adventure by Christian A. Rockefeller (a sixth generation Rockefeller) is to create a “community of elite residences and luxurious lifestyle” in one of the most attractive places on the coast of Spain.
As indicated on the website, it will be a closed urbanization, based on sustainable criteria, which incorporates new technologies and in which no vehicles will circulate. The homes will be designed by Arcia Spa, the 18-hole golf course will bear the Henrik Stenson Golf Design seal and Brand Labs will lead the developments. The villas will be open-plan, timeless and spacious, offering views of the sea, the mountains or the forest. "It will be a unique community, unprecedented," indicates the project website.
This real estate platform will promote exclusive residential projects around the world. The pioneer will be in this Cadiz destination located in the municipality of San Roque, near La Alcaidesa, Castellar, Gibraltar, the Costa del Sol and off the coast of North Africa. This will be followed by other similar approaches in Portugal, Dubai, Cyprus, Miami or the Caribbean.
